All players must be currently sanctioned by the NDA and be currently participating in a D&E Music or Manford Music League.
All players must have played in a minimum of 6 weeks of league play prior to March 1, 2011.
Teams must have two (2) original members of the team. Subs may come from either charter holder's league system.
Sign up deadline is Wednesday, March 1, 2011.
Entries received after the deadline CANNOT be guaranteed a tournament spot.

Non-refundable entry fee of $50.00 per team. Late charge of $25.00 will apply to all late entries!!!
