All players must be currently sanctioned by the NDA and be currently participating in a D&E Music or Manford Music League.
All players must have played in a minimum of 6 weeks of league play prior to February 29, 2008.
Teams must have two (2) original members of the team. Subs may come from either charter holder's league system.

Tournament will consist of four (4) person teams. Teams must have three (3) original members. Subs may come from anywhere within either charter holder's league system.

Non-refundable entry fee of $50.00 per team. Late charge of $25.00 will apply to all late entries!!!
